Benefits
Our standard benefits include 14 holidays per year, one day of annual leave per month which increases to 2 days/month over a four year period of full-time service, and 5 days of Paid Time Off (PTO) annually. Health insurance benefits (PPO - Preferred Provider Network plan, dental, prescription, and vision) are available to employees at a reasonable charge starting at $10/per two-week pay period for individual coverage or $20/per two-week pay period for family coverage. Employees are eligible for employer- paid group term life insurance and short and long- term disability insurance. After six (6) months of employment with C-TASC, employees are eligible to participate in the 401(k) Century Plan. Matching contributions from C-TASC will include 3% of salary, and if employee participates with a salary deferral, 10% of employee's contribution up to the maximum allowed.
After one year of service, employees are eligible to participate in the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) offering allocations of C-TASC stock.
