C-TASC Recognized by Baltimore's SmartCEO for the Second Year in a Row
Baltimore, Md. – January 6, 2011 – Clinical Trials & Surveys Corp. (C-TASC), a clinical trials solutions company, announced today that for the second year in a row, it has been recognized as one of the 50 fastest growing companies in the greater Baltimore area. C-TASC has been featured in the January 2011 issue of Baltimore’s SmartCEO magazine. The “Future 50” program annually recognizes the 50 fastest growing companies in the greater Baltimore area based on employee and revenue growth. C-TASC has made the list for the second time after due to its continued progress in obtaining federal government contracts including an interesting contract to assist the FDA in developing software to evaluate incoming studies.
For 20 years, C-TASC has specialized in supporting best practices management of clinical trials and studies for government, university and private organizations. Additionally, C-TASC offers professional consultation services in all areas of clinical trial management, has developed and maintained a proprietary Web-based software system to manage clinical trial data more efficiently, and works under contract to the Food and Drug Administration to convert legacy data into the new standard SDTM format.

This year’s event format focused on the Ravens and emphasized the team effort required to accomplish company objectives. Dr. Thompson took his “game ball” to the office and had his staff sign it before placing it in the reception area.
