Our Site Visit System (SVS) can be used with StudyCTMS or as a stand-alone product. It provides tablet PC-based technology that easily and safely integrates with server based study data to enable efficient site visits. This paperless system enables secure loading of site visit data onto a secure laptop or tablet computer which is then carried to the site. The site visit is conducted directly from the portable computer using simple user interfaces. When the site visit is complete, all data are synchronized back to the main study database and all required site visit reports are run. Though this application is 100% Web based, no Internet connection is required at the site; all Web functions are available on the portable device. Multiple devices can be used for one site visit and the CSMS platform tracks the borrowing and return of all data using security tied into the device hardware that can not be manipulated by site visit or Clinical Center staff.
